NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State captured its second straight win of the spring season, defeating Detroit Mercy 4-3 on Saturday. The squad earned the doubles decision with a 2-1 score and sealed the game going 3-3 in singles play.

· Tara Damnjanovic and Jana Kustkova remain undefeated in single play, with both of them sitting at 2-0.
· Jana Kustkova/Laura Fitzgerald and Estelle Vanthier/Ivon Mihaleva are also undefeated with Kustkova/Fitzgerald going 2-0 and Vanthier/Mihaleva 1-0.
