NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State women's tennis team fell 1-6 against Marquette University on Saturday, Feb. 9. The Redbirds are now 5-2 on the season.
The Golden Eagles took control of the board when they swept the doubles round 3-0. Senior Jana Kustkova turned things around by taking the third spot against Milica Novakovic 7-5, 6-4. The rest of the 'Birds fought hard but eventually fell in their respective matches.
