NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State swimming and diving coaches Caitlin Hamilton and Phil Hoffmann announced on Monday the addition of two divers and one swimmer to round out the 2020 signing class.
With these three, the Redbirds will have a total of 11 incoming student-athletes who will be eligible for competition in 2020-21. The additions are listed alphabetically:
Raegen Follis | Katy, Texas | Seven Lakes HS
Hamilton on Follis: "Raegen continues our Redbird connection in the Houston area and we are excited to welcome her to the team. When she was on campus, it was immediately noticeable that she fit naturally into our culture and team's personalities. Raegen will bring depth and passion to Normal, and we cannot wait to see what she accomplishes."
Paige Gidley | Saline, Michigan | Saline HS
Hoffmann on Gidley: "I am very excited to add someone of Paige's strength and character to the program. She's got a great foundation from her outstanding club and high school coaching. Those fundamentals will serve her well as she adds bigger and better dives at the collegiate level."
Megan Mulligan | Saline, Michigan | Saline HS
Hoffmann on Mulligan: "I can't wait to get Megan on campus. She's got a great diving and gymnastics background that will serve her well in the transition to college. She's got great potential to be a fantastic addition to our program."
