EAST LANSING, MICH,-- The Illinois State men's tennis team picked up two singles victories and one doubles win on day two of the ITA Midwest Regionals at Michigan State University.
Adrian Dibildox opened up the day by defeating Magimay of the University of Notre Dame in straight sets 6-3, 6-0. Jett Leong advanced to the second round after being awarded the first round consolation bracket against Youngstown State.
In doubles play, Tomas Valencia and Caden Scarlett claimed the lone win for the Redbirds as they won by a narrow 8-7 margin over the pair of Aremon and Chappell of Cleveland State University.
