CHARLESTON, Ill.-- The Illinois State Women's Tennis team claimed two singles wins and two doubles wins on day two of the EIU Panther Invite.
In singles play, freshman Emma Lindh defeated Oona Kinstcher of Purdue Northwest in straight sets by a 6-3, 6-2 mark. Nicole Iosio recorded her second win of the weekend sweeping Chavana Sreenath of Eastern Illinois University by scores of 6-0, 6-0.
In doubles play, the pair of Zoe Limparis and Elena Jankulovska recorded the second doubles win of the weekend as they won by a slim 7-6 margin over Kinstcher and Sreenath of PNW. At No 2, Nicole Iosio and Emma Lindh also won by a slim one point margin defeating Hayley Tsuen and Alma Vasquez of PNW (7-6).
Action will continue Sunday for day three inside Darling Courts on the campus of Eastern Illinois University.

UP NEXT
The Redbirds will return home on Nov. 2, where they will take part in the two-day Redbird Duals at the Evergreen Racquet Club in Bloomington.
