TERRE HAUTE, IN – Four Redbirds earned wins as Illinois State Swimming and Diving capped off its regular season Friday night against Indiana State at the Vigo County Aquatic Center in Terre Haute, Ind.
The Sycamores took the dual meet by a score of 205.94.
HIGHLIGHTS:

Chloe Tyler earned the first win of the night for Illinois State, going 56.24 in the 100y Backstroke. It was her first short course win of the season. Overall, it was her third win of the season, after she earned victories in the 50M Back (30.83) and 100M Back (1:06.78) Oct. 14 in long course action at Ohio.

Madyson Morse earned a win in the 100y Breaststroke turning in a mark of 1:01.90. She'll look to defend her MVC title in that event at this month's MVC Swimming and Diving Championships.

Cassidy Carey took home the 200y Backstroke with a mark of 2:00.19 that was a season best and nearly brought down her school record of 2:00.16. It was her fifth win of the season and her third in the 200y Backstroke.

On the boards, Eva Reyes secured her fifth 1M win of the season, turning in a score of 288.23.

Diana Walker also turned in a pair of strong performances in the 500y Freestyle and 200y Freestyle, finishing fourth and second respectively. She turned in the fifth fastest time in program history with a mark of 4:58.00, and tallied a personal best in the 200y Freestyle with a time of 1:51.44.
