Redbirds Sweep Friday Split Doubleheader At Home

NORMAL, Ill. – After spending spring break in sunny California, the Illinois State men's tennis team returned home to host a split doubleheader on Friday against UIS and Prairie State College. The Redbirds competed outdoors at home for the first time this spring at the Gregory Street Courts, where the Redbirds swept both the Prairie Stars and the Pioneers by 7-0 scores.

The Redbirds took the doubles point in both matches and swept all 14 singles matches in straight sets. ISU is back in action on Friday, March 27, when the Redbirds travel to Indianapolis for a match against Butler.
