2008 Spring Schedule 
NORMAL, Ill. - Illinois State head women's soccer coach Drew Roff has finalized his schedule for the spring of 2008, his second spring season with the Redbirds. ISU will play nine games this spring against teams from throughout the Midwest, including a four-team round robin day of competition at Adelaide Street Field at the end of April. The Redbirds have 15 players returning from a team that won the 2007 Missouri Valley Conference regular season title.
The Redbirds begin play in the spring at the University of Iowa on Saturday, March 1. They will play three games on the day, facing North Dakota State at 10:15 a.m., a team of Iowa alumni at 11:30 a.m. and Saint Louis at 3:15 p.m.. After four weeks off, the Redbirds return to the field at the University of Illinois on Saturday, March 29, for a two in-state rivalry matches. ISU is set to take on Illinois at 10 a.m. and Eastern Illinois at 1 p.m.
Illinois State has two games at the Rockford Sportscore Complex in Rockford, Ill., on Saturday, April 12, against another pair of Illinois teams. The Redbirds will play Loyola and Northern Illinois at times yet to be determined.
On Sunday, April 20, Illinois State will host a four-team round robin day of soccer with Central Michigan, Northern Illinois and DePaul. The Redbirds will pay Central Michigan at 10 a.m. and DePaul at 2:30 p.m. The other games on the day include Northern Illinois against DePaul at 11:30 a.m. and Central Michigan versus Northern Illinois at 1 p.m.
