NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State soccer team will host Milwaukee and TCU Friday and Sunday, respectively, at Adelaide Street Field. The Redbirds are 0-2 after the opening weekend of play.
ISU fell to a pair of Big Ten teams during opening week, losing 6-2 at Ohio State and 1-0 to Illinois. Hannah Rodgers and Keely Theobald each scored their first collegiate goals in the loss to Ohio State. Rodgers converted a penalty kick in the first half and Theobald took a pass inside the box and found the back of the net in the 87th minute in Columbus, Ohio.
The Redbirds now shift their attention to a Milwaukee team that is 1-0 this season after defeating Western Illinois 1-0 last Friday. TCU enters the weekend 0-2 with losses to Missouri and Arkansas, and is looking for its first goal of the season.
Kick-off Friday is scheduled for 7 p.m. while the Redbirds and Horned Frogs will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday. Gates will open an hour-and-a-half prior to kickoff and admission is free for all 2015 home games.

Illinois State is 3-9-2 all-time against Milwaukee. The Panthers won last year's meeting by a 2-1 score in Milwaukee.
Illinois State is 0-1 all-time against TCU. The Horned Frogs defeated ISU 4-1 in Fort Worth, Texas, during the 2013 season.

Promotions
Sunday's match against TCU will be Reggie's Kids Club Day at Adelaide Street Field. All members are invited to a pregame party that will include a tie-dye station. Kids can bring their own gear to tie-dye, as none will be provided by ISU. The deadline to RSVP is Aug. 27 and the first 100 kids to RSVP will receive free Papa John's Pizza. Members can RSVP by calling the ISU Athletics marketing office at (309) 438-3399. In addition to the tie-dye station and pizza, kids will have the opportunity for postgame autographs with the team. Posters will be available for signing, but fans may also bring their own memorabilia.
