Three year starter at center ... finished his career with 1,022 points on 53 percent shooting from the field and as the career leader in blocked shots with 132 (since broken) ... ISU posted marks of 24-4, 24-10 and 20-9 during his career with a pair of appearances in the National Invitation Tournament... averaged better than 12 points and nearly eight rebounds per game... still owns the school record by blocking nine shots in one game... selected by the Indiana Pacers in the fifth round of the National Basketball Association Amateur Draft ... played three years of professional basketball in Spain.
